I made a purchase, why have my points not come through immediately?
Your points will come through once you have received a shipping notification on your order. If you have received a shipping notification and your points haven’t come through, then please contact care@bulletproof.com.
How do I participate in Bulletproof™ Rewards?
It’s easy! Simply create an account on Bulletproof.com and you will automatically be enrolled into the program. Already have a Bulletproof.com account? You are automatically enrolled into this program and started receiving points on your purchases as of October 3, 2022.

Anyone!
How do I redeem my rewards points?
When you are logged into your account, you can redeem your points at checkout using the dropdown selector under your product summary. Simply add your desired products to cart and choose how many points you want to apply on the check out page. For every 100 points earned, you will earn $5 off your purchase! Rewards points will combine with other shipping and/or product discounts. If you have any issues, please reach out to care@bulletproof.com. See screenshots below for an example.
Why isn’t the points redeemer on my check out page?
Points are only redeemable at the checkout page and are only visible at checkout when you have at least 100 points to redeem. Points cannot be applied to your cart if it contains any of the following items:
- Books
- Tech items, such as the Whole Body Vibration Plate
- Purchases not made on Bulletproof.com
If you meet these requirements and still can't check out, you may be stuck at a quick pay payment method screen. If so, you'll see a "Checkout as guest" link at the bottom of the page. Choose this to see the classic checkout page with you can redeem your points. If you continue to have trouble, please reach out to care.
How do I view my point balance?
You can view your points on the top of this page when you are logged into your Bulletproof.com account. You can also view your points on your accounts page under “Rewards.”
How do I refer a friend?
It’s simple, on our Referral Home Page simply enter your friend’s email or copy your referral link to start sharing your exclusive discount. They will get $15 off their first purchase of $50 or more, and you will earn $15 in points once they have made their purchase.
How can I earn points for a review?
We track reviews and credit points via our automatic review request email. (subject line: “Willing to share your feedback about {product name}”). This email is sent out 14 days after your order has been placed, and requests are only sent if it is your first time purchasing the item. Reviews left on site, though greatly appreciated, cannot be credited with points.
I didn’t receive my reward for my birthday, why?
If you created the account during the month of your birthday, you will receive your birthday reward 30 days after the account creation and it will come to your email inbox.
Is this program free?
Yes! It’s 100% free to join.
Do my points expire?
Yes, your points will expire after 12 months of inactivity. This means if you don’t earn or spend points for 12 months, your points will expire, and your point balance will return to 0.
What happens to my points if I make a return?
When you return an item, you lose the associated points you originally earned by buying the item in the first place.
Can I use points on subscription purchases?
Yes, you can use your points on any subscription order. To use your points on a new subscription product, simply add the subscription item to your cart and select which amount of points you would like to redeem at checkout. See “How do I redeem my rewards points?” above for more information.
To redeem your points on an existing subscription order, log into your account, navigate to your rewards and redeem your rewards points for a discount.
When you redeem your rewards points for the discount, you will be given a unique discount code starting with “VAR”. Copy that code, then navigate to your subscriptions in your account. Under the date of your next shipment, there is a MORE button. Click into MORE and select Apply discount code. Paste the discount code into the appropriate place and click apply.

Can I use points on already discounted products?
Yes, you can use your points on discounted items including subscription items, sale items, kits and bundles. Some exclusions apply.
Bulletproof.com Standard Exclusions:

My friend used my referral code, why haven’t I received my 300 points?
You will receive your 300 points once your referred friend’s order has shipped. They will receive a shipping confirmation email and you will receive an email confirming that the referral was complete. You will also be able to see the reward in your reward history.
Can I still receive free shipping on my order?
If the order subtotal after you apply your points falls under $49, then you are subject to shipping fees. You can still receive free shipping if your order subtotal after points is $49+.
