Coupon Restrictions FAQ Standard Exclusions

Sitewide sales and coupon codes are not eligible on any of the following items:

  • Sale priced items
  • Kits and Bundles (Bundle & Save), such as the Coffee Starter Kit
  • Bulk items, such as 2.5lb, 5lb coffee bags / 42oz Collagen
  • Subscription items
  • Tech items, such as the Whole Body Vibration Plate
  • Purchases not made on

I received an error message, help?

The most common error response is due to having an ineligible item in your shopping cart. Current shopping cart rules will prevent a coupon from being applied if an ineligible item (listed above) is present in the cart.

To resolve the error and use your coupon code, remove the ineligible item(s) from your cart and try again.

Can I apply my coupon to an order I already placed?

Once your order is completed in checkout, it is put into the fulfillment queue almost immediately. Due to this short turnaround we are unable to amend an order in anyway once placed.
