Coupon codes are not valid on any of the following items:

  • Sale priced items
  • Kits, such as the Coffee Starter Kit
  • Bulk pack items and 5 lb coffee/ 42 oz collagen
  • Subscription items
  • Tech items, such as the Whole Body Vibration Plate
  • Purchases not made on

I received an error message, help?

The most common error response is due to having a coupon exclusive item in cart. Current shopping cart rules will prevent a coupon from being applied to anything if an excluded item (Above) is present in the cart.

Can I apply my coupon to an order I already placed?

Once your order is completed in checkout it is put into the fulfillment queue almost immediately. Due to this short turnaround we are unable to amend an order in anyway once placed.
