Return Policy
Except for Authorized Resellers, products that are purchased directly from these websites may be returned by you within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase for a full refund less shipping and handling.
We do require an RMA, please submit a request by clicking the 'customer support' link below to receive one:
If you send a return without an RMA, we're not going to know that it was sent back, and no action will be taken. Please be sure to get an RMA first before sending a return.
- Returned items must be unopened. If you already opened the product and were not satisfied, please submit a request to Customer Care
- Please note: Bulletproof does not absorb the return shipping cost charged by your chosen carrier.
