Iced Golden Fuel: The Gut-friendly Turmeric Latte That Tastes Like Fall

Golden Fuel was born when our friend Shaun T., who you might know from his top-selling fitness programs, came to hang out at the Bulletproof Headquarters in Seattle for a day. He and the Bulletproof R&D team threw this together on a whim and from the first sip, everyone knew the recipe was a keeper.

Iced Golden Fuel aka “Shaun T. Special” Recipe

  • 1c of cold organic coconut milk
  • 2 tsp ground allspice
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ⅛ tsp ground black pepper

Blend on medium speed for 30 seconds.


10 drops organic vanilla extract

1 T fresh grated ginger

2 t Bulletproof Brain Octane Oil

½ T Honey (optional for sweetness)

Blend on high for 30 seconds


2 T Bulletproof Vanilla Collagen

2 tsp Bulletproof Inner Fuel

Start blender on low. Mix for 15 seconds. Increase speed slowly and blend for 1 minute. Serve over ice.
