Iced Golden Fuel: The Gut-friendly Turmeric Latte That Tastes Like Fall

You may walk past a few crunchy leaves here and there, but temperatures haven’t dropped low enough to jump on the pumpkin train yet. You’re starting to see scarecrow decor and costumes in stores and you’ve caught a football game or two, but your flip flops and tank tops are still in regular rotation.

This is the sweet spot of seasons. You’re not quite in the muggy heat of summer, not quite ready for sweaters and socks.

Here’s the perfect drink recipe for the most perfect season of the year. Blend up a chilled Golden Fuel that’s refreshing and creamy like a late summer milkshake, and at the same time, cozy and sweet-spiced to usher in the crisp autumn air.

You don’t have to choose. Sip your Golden Fuel poolside by day or fireside at night. Beach blanket or wrap blanket -- your call.

Golden Fuel was born when our friend Shaun T., who you might know from his top-selling fitness programs, came to hang out at the Bulletproof Headquarters in Seattle for a day. He and the Bulletproof R&D team threw this together on a whim and from the first sip, everyone knew the recipe was a keeper.

Not only does Golden Fuel taste incredible, it packs amazing benefits, too. With healthy fats from coconut milk and Brain Octane Oil, prebiotic fiber from Inner Fuel, and collagen from Bulletproof Vanilla Collagen, your gut will thank you.

This iced Golden Fuel turmeric latte recipe has a few steps to it, but it’s worth it. Hope you enjoy it as much as Shaun T does!
